My name is Tom DiTomaso owner of Most Amount Fitness personal training studio. At Most Amount Fitness the focus is to help my clients reach their health and fitness goals whatever that may be. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, get stronger, improve cardiovascular endurance or just improve your overall health and fitness, I can help you get there.

Health and fitness has always been a strong passion of mine, starting when I was 15 years old lifting weights in my bedroom leading to a lifetime dedicated to working out and exercising, that eventually led me to a career in the fitness industry. My passion for fitness is what got me started as a personal trainer, but what has made me successful is my passion for people and the joy I get in seeing them achieve their goals and improve their lives.

Over the years as a personal trainer I have helped many clients transform their body’s. Clients ranging from losing 100lbs to competing in fitness shows or fighting off early onset of diabetes.
